KushCBD® products are manufactured using either full-spectrum CBD extract or CBD isolate extract.

Full-Spectrum CBD extracts contain less than 0.01% THC and falls in line with the regulations as set out from SAHPRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority).

CBD isolate extract does not contain any noticeable THC as it is a singular isolated cannabinoid.

None of the products sold by KushCBD® will cause you to “get high” and they are safe to use throughout your day.

All “schedule 0” complementary medicines sold by KushCBD® are manufactured in-house in our GMP-certified cannabis manufacturing facility.

Cannabidiol, commonly referred to as “CBD”, is a cannabis-derived cannabinoid in its natural form.

CBD is one of the hundreds of cannabinoids found in the cannabis and hemp plant and has for many years been used as an alternative form of treatment for pain-related symptoms.

CBD is non-psychoactive, which means it cannot make you high.

All orders placed through the KushCBD® website will take 2-3 business days to be processed and shipped to you.

Please note that we make use of a third-party delivery agent and although we ship your order overnight, some delays may occur due to problems that may arise during the courier’s delivery process.


Orders and Refunds

We at KushCBD® try to streamline our order process.

Once you have placed your order online you will receive confirmation of your purchase via email or sms. We will receive your order on our end and our production team will assemble your order for shipping.

Once your order is ready to be shipped we will notify the courier to collect and deliver the product to your desired address.

It is very important to ensure that you add the correct delivery details to the contact form when completing your order as any misinformation can result in a delay.

We understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you have accidentally purchased the wrong product on our website you will have to email info@kushcbd.health and urgently request either a cancellation or a change of product.

Please note that we cannot exchange any opened product once it has been received by you.

It is very important that you notify us immediately if the product you have purchased is received and is broken or leaking.

Please email info@kushcbd.health with a detailed description of the damage or defect and accompany your email with pictures of the product.

All orders need to be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Email info@kushcbd.health with your cancelation instruction and we will notify you if we are able to cancel the order and refund you your money.

Once shipped, KushCBD® can no longer cancel your order, and should you still wish to cancel the order once received, you may be liable for courier fees to have the product returned to our head offices in Johannesburg.
